Che le unità/comunità pastorali nascano dal disagio pastorale provocato dal venir meno quantitativo del clero è un dato di fatto. Che esse possano diventare lo strumento idoneo per una autentica rigenerazione ecclesiale è una scommessa tutta da vincere. In mezzo c’è infatti l’esigenza di impostare queste nuove forme di legame tra la comunità cristiana e il territorio non primariamente in un’ottica amministrativo-clericale, ma secondo una vera ecclesiologia di comunione, che trova nell’assemblea liturgica il suo primo e fondamentale banco di prova. All’assemblea liturgica in regime di unità/comunità pastorale è dedicata la parte più specifica dello studio. L’autore sviluppa una fitta trama di riflessioni che riportano al centro dell’attenzione la soggettualità ministeriale dell’intero popolo di Dio, comunità regale, profetica e sacerdotale.

It is a matter of fact that he pastoral unities are born from the pastoral discomfort due to the quantitative decrease of the clergy. That they could become the right tool for an authentic church regeneration is a bet that has been not yet won at all. In the middle there is the necessity of building these new forms of relationship between the Christian community and the territory first of all not in a clerical-administrative point of view but according to a true communion’s ecclesiology, which found in the liturgical gathering its first and fundamental test-bed. To the liturgical gathering in the system of pastoral unity/community is given the more specific part of this essay. The author develops a thick plot of considerations that put again in the middle of attention the ministerial role that is due to whole the people of God, as a royal, prophetic and priestly community.
