ABSTRACT
Procedural Historical and Moral Responsabilities of the Death of Christ. A re-reading not only theological. The new way of studying the Scriptures, introduced by Dei Verbum, has allowed scholars Christians to read the Bible, using the results of historical research, archaeological, anthropological, sociological. This has resulted in the appreciation of the deep bond between Christianity and Judaism, and the review of some controversial issues, such as the responsibility for the death of Christ. Testimonials historiographical and Gospels, according to the author, Christ’s death is considered as a politicoreligious murder, (obtained by the abuse of justice) caused by fear, some of the leaders of Israel, and Pontius Pilate, (of losing their privileges). Theological reflection helps the author to go beyond the human vision and to be able to identify the divine plan that requires the sacrifice of Christ as a sacrifice for the sins of mankind of every age.
