Descrizione
Shrine for Girls is a series of site-specific sculptural installations created by artist Patricia Cronin (Beverly, Massachussetts, 1963), reflecting on the global plight of exploited women and girls.
The works are set in the spaces of the church of San Gallo in Venice, on the occasion of the 56th Venice Biennale.
The volume features texts by Phong Bui, Ludovico Pratesi and Maura Reilly, and is completed by biographic information.
